OUR RETURN POLICY
By Design Gifts/BDS Essentials wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we will accept returns for refunds within (15 days of delivery date) under the following terms and conditions:
1. ITEM CONDITION. Unless an item is being returned because it was damaged upon receipt. Items to be returned must be in new, unused, and be able to be resold. Must be complete with all original packaging and tags intact.
Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

* In accordance with global retail industry standards, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges of products in the following categories: hats, fragrances, health & beauty (such as skincare, soap, hair care, make-up & cosmetics) or other products which are personalized to your order.
3. FORM OF PAYMENT. For returned items, refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. If the original form is unavailable, store credit may be issued at our discretion. Shipping and handling fees will be deducted from the refund amount if applicable unless otherwise stated.
4. TO START RETURN. To initiate a return please contact us via email at (bydesigngifts@usa.com) to obtain a return authorization. Please include original order number and reason for return. Returns that are shipped without authorization may not be accepted or returned to you. Please allow up to 7 business days from your refund to be processed once your return is received.

Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so by emailing our Customer Services department during working hours and within 1 hour of having placed it.(bydesigngifts@usa.com)
If you paid by credit card or debit card, and you have cancelled in accordance with this clause then we will reverse the authorization or process a refund transaction (as the case may be) as soon as possible but we are not responsible for how long this will take to be reflected on your account as this is dependent on bank processing procedures.
Please note that we cannot accept cancellations outside of the specified periods as the order will have been processed and can only then be canceled through our returns/refunds process as mentioned above.
Refunds will be done only through the original mode of payment.
