We view scent as an expression of creativity and a reflection of our deep commitment to quality. Our mission is to surprise and delight through the evocative power of natural fragrance.

Our journey into perfumery has been entirely self-taught. Over time, we've developed our own ‘scent language’—an intuitive and deeply personal approach to fragrance creation. Without any formal training or adherence to industry norms, we’ve carved out a distinctive style that sets our perfumes apart. At BDS, we’re proud to call ourselves perfumers—because what we create is both artful and authentic.

Ideas, emotions, & memories

For us, inspiration strikes unexpectedly—it might come from a song, a painting, or even a moment while traveling. What begins as a fleeting idea or emotion slowly takes shape, merging memories and sensations into a story. Our process is intuitive and often lengthy, filled with countless drafts before we settle on a ‘scent story’ that truly captures the essence of our inspiration. From there, we refine that story into a finished perfume—one we’re proud to share with you.

Handcrafted & entirely natural

Each fragrance is developed and handcrafted in small batches in our home studio. Once blended, the perfumes are aged to allow the scents to mature and deepen before bottling.

We use only 100% natural, sustainable ingredients that are ethically sourced, non-GMO, and cruelty-free. All of our perfumes are vegan and contain no animal-derived ingredients. The base of every fragrance is organic Essential Oils.

The rich hues of our perfumes come solely from the natural materials used—no artificial colorants are ever added.
